What Makes a Partnership Work
Nothing onerous, but the programme works best when both sides hold up the same things.
A trade licence in the UAE or the GCC market you intend to work in.
One person on your side who owns the relationship, attends the training and is our point of contact.
At least one certified team member before you present the system to a client, so nobody is demonstrating blind.
Describe the product as it is. We will tell you plainly what it does not do, and we expect the same with your clients.
Before You Apply
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You stay the firm your client deals with day to day. We work behind you on implementation, support and the product itself.
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no fee to apply, to be trained or to be certified.
Do we need technical staff?
No. The system is cloud-hosted and configured through its own settings. Nothing is installed and nothing needs maintaining on your side.
How long does approval take?
A partner manager replies within one business day of your application, and most firms complete the introductory call and training within the same week.
Who handles implementation for our clients?
We do, with you. Data migration, WPS and bank setup, and training for the client’s HR team are all run by our implementation team.
What support do our clients get?
The same as any FYNTH customer: a named support engineer, direct access to the team that builds the product, and free training for new HR staff.
Can we demonstrate the system ourselves?
Yes, once certified. You get your own demo account and a demo script. A product specialist can also join your meetings whenever you want one.
Is the system available in Arabic?
Yes. The interface runs in English and Arabic, and employee self-service works on both desktop and mobile.
