Before you apply
Is there a joining fee or a sales target?
No joining fee. Referral partners have no targets. Resellers and implementation partners agree a simple annual plan with their partner manager so we know how much support to put behind you.
How long is commission paid?
Referral commission is paid on the first year of subscription. Reseller margin and implementation partner commission continue for as long as the client stays subscribed.
Who supports the client after go-live?
On the referral and reseller tracks, our UAE support team does. Implementation partners handle first-line support for their clients and escalate to us.
Can I sell outside the UAE?
The product is built around UAE Labour Law and WPS, so most partners sell in the UAE. Talk to us about other GCC markets before you register a deal there.
What happens if my client contacts Fynth directly?
If the client is registered to you, the account stays yours and so does the commission. That's what deal registration is for.
